Performance Through Science & Data
Performance isn't built on assumptions. It begins with understanding how your body moves, produces force, and responds to the demands of your sport. Through comprehensive assessment, advanced performance technology, and individualized programming, Laboratory Sports Performance provides a clear path toward measurable athletic development.
Advanced Performance Assessment & Training
TPI Movement Screen
A golf-specific movement screen that evaluates how your body moves throughout the golf swing. By assessing mobility, stability, balance, posture, and rotational control, the screen helps identify physical limitations and movement patterns that may influence performance, consistency, and long-term development.
VALD Strength & ROM Testing
Advanced performance testing using professional VALD systems to evaluate range of motion, strength, force production, balance, rotational strength, and side-to-side differences. Your results are combined with clinical expertise and movement analysis to develop a comprehensive understanding of your physical profile and guide individualized performance programming.
Individualized Programming
Every performance program is built around your assessment findings, movement profile, goals, and sport-specific demands. Your plan may include mobility training, strength development, rotational power exercises, warm-up strategies, corrective exercise, and sport-specific drills. Home exercise programming is delivered through the MoveHealth by VALD app, while golf-specific drills and movement recommendations are provided through the TPI Client app, allowing you to access your program and monitor progress between sessions.
