Laboratory Sports Performance combines clinical expertise, movement science, and advanced performance technology to better understand how athletes move and perform. Through comprehensive assessment, performance testing, and individualized programming, every athlete receives a personalized plan designed to improve movement quality, force production, efficiency, and long-term athletic performance.
While golf performance is a primary focus, the principles of movement analysis and performance development apply across athletes of all sports. Every recommendation is built on detailed assessment, measurable performance data, and individualized programming to help athletes train with purpose and monitor progress over time.

Elliot Hernandez, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in orthopedics, sports performance, and movement analysis.
